You’ve been in a dark nightmare for too long. I don’t know if a few days of ceasefire allowed for some relief. I hope so, I hope you’re warmed up a bit, I hope you’re fed, and I hope you’ve been able to sleep quietly. But now the ceasefire is over, the nightmare begins again. I saw a little girl on YouTube, she was screaming why no one hears us. I also worry, why doesn’t anyone object to the state of Israel? You are experiencing the most inhumane situation humanity has witnessed in this century. What an incomprehensible dilemma that the children and grandchildren of the people who lived the greatest genocide in history committed genocide?
My dear children, I wish this nightmare to end as soon as possible, I wish you to stay healthy and happy with your loved ones and play games as all children have the right to do. I hope you recognize those who put you in this terrible situation on both sides. And I sincerely hope that your laughter will surround the whole world and bury this evil as deep as possible.

لقد عشتم كابوسًا مظلمًا لفترة طويلة جدًا.
لا أعرف ما إذا كانت بضعة أيام من وقف إطلاق النار قد سمحت لكم بالراحة.
أتمنى ذلك، أتمنى أن تكونوا دافئين، أتمنى أن تكونوا قد اطعمتم، وآمل أن تكونوا قادرين على النوم بهدوء.
ولكن الآن انتهى وقف إطلاق النار، وبدأ الكابوس مرة أخرى. رأيت فتاة صغيرة على اليوتيوب، كانت تصرخ، لماذا لا يسمعنا أحد.
وأنا قلقة أيضًا: لماذا لا يعترض أحد على أفعل دولة إسرائيل؟
إنكم تعيشون أقسى موقف شهدته البشرية في هذا القرن.
يا لها من معضلة غير مفهومة، فأن أبناء وأحفاد الناس الذين عاشوا أكبر إبادة جماعية في التاريخ يرتكبون الآن إبادة جماعية بأنفسهم.
أطفالي الأعزاء، أتمنى أن ينتهي هذا الكابوس في أقرب وقت ممكن، أتمنى لكم البقاء بصحة جيدة، أتمنى أن تكونوا سعداء مع أحبائكم وتلعبوا كما يحق لجميع الأطفال أن يفعلوا.
أتمنى أن تتمكنون من التعرف على أولئك الذين وضعوكم في هذا الوضع الرهيب، من كلا الجانبين.
وآمل أن تحيط ضحكاتكم العالم كله و أن تدفن هذا الشر في عمق أعماقه.
